Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OffrStack, operated by Heberer Homes, LLC d/b/a OffrStack (“OffrStack,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (handled and securely hashed by our authentication provider, Clerk). We do not store passwords ourselves.

Billing information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full credit card numbers; Stripe returns a customer identifier and the last four digits of your card for billing reference.

Usage data. We log property addresses you analyze, timestamps, and which features you use, in order to operate quotas, debug issues, and improve the service.

Property data. Properties you analyze are publicly recorded real-estate data (addresses, sale prices, parcel info). We do not collect personal information about property owners beyond what appears in public records, and we do not resell or expose that data outside the analysis you request.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the service (run comps, calculate ARV, generate dispo packets);
• To bill subscriptions and prevent fraud;
• To send transactional email (verification, billing receipts, important account notices);
• To monitor service health and improve features.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your account or usage data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

OffrStack uses the following processors to operate the service:

• Clerk — authentication (email + password storage, sign-in flows);
• Stripe — subscription billing;
• PrimeTracers — property and comparable-sales data;
• Google Maps Platform — Static Maps and Street View imagery;
• Vercel — application hosting;
• Supabase — operational database (planned).

Each of these vendors has its own privacy policy governing data they handle.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing the address below; we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except where we are required by law (e.g., tax records) to retain billing history.

5. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data: HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage at rest with our hosting and database providers, principle-of-least-privilege access controls, and authentication delegated to Clerk to avoid storing passwords ourselves. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users promptly in the event of a confirmed breach involving personal data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

OffrStack is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Updated” date and, where appropriate, emailed to active subscribers.
