Refund & Cancellation Policy

OffrStack is operated by Heberer Homes, LLC d/b/a OffrStack. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for OffrStack subscriptions.

14-Day Free Trial

Every new account starts with a free 14-day trial limited to 25 deal analyses, whichever comes first. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial ends automatically; you only become a paying subscriber if you explicitly upgrade through Stripe Checkout.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Annual Plans

If you select an annual subscription and decide it is not the right fit, email us within 7 calendar days of your initial annual payment and we will refund the full amount of that payment.

This guarantee applies only to annual plans, only to the initial annual payment, and only within the 7-day window. Annual renewals after the first year and all monthly subscriptions are not covered by this guarantee. See “Cancellation” below for how to end either at any time without a refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation behavior depends on your plan type:

• Monthly plans: access continues through the end of the current paid month, then ends. No refund is issued for the current month.
• Annual plans (after the 7-day guarantee window): access continues through the end of the paid year, then ends. No prorated refund is issued.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund payments already made except where the 7-day annual guarantee applies.

Founding Member Pricing

The first 50 paying customers are locked at the launch price for the lifetime of their subscription, as long as the subscription remains active and continuous. If a founding-member subscription is cancelled and the customer later returns, they re-enter at then-current pricing.

What Is Not Refundable

• Monthly subscriptions for any period (fully cancelable but not refundable);
• Annual subscriptions outside the 7-day guarantee window;
• Annual renewals after the first year;
• Add-on credits or one-time charges already consumed (property analyses, dispo packets generated, MLS queries, comp searches);
• Subscriptions terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.

Operator Resource Pack

The Operator Resource Pack (sample contracts, intake forms, call scripts, and other operator materials) is included with every paid subscription. If your subscription is refunded or cancelled, your ability to download new or updated versions of these materials ends. Documents you have already downloaded are yours to keep.

How to Request a Refund

Email drewheberer@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, within 7 calendar days of your initial annual payment. Include your account email and the Stripe receipt or last four digits of the card used. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, please email us. We aim to resolve every issue directly within 48 hours.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will not retroactively affect the refund rights of subscriptions purchased before the change. The current version is always available at this page with the “Last updated” date noted at the top.
